[robocup-small] Top 10 plays compilations

Dear SSL community,

We at the TC/OC thought that it would be a good idea to collect some of the
highlights of SSL from RoboCup 2015 in video. We thus propose to make two
video compilations:
- Top 10 offense plays in SSL 2015 (usually goals scored)
- Top 10 defense plays in SSL 2015

We would like each team to submit up to two nomination videos in each
category by emailing accessible links to these videos to the TC and OC (
rc-ssl-tc at lists.robocup.org, rc-ssl-oc at lists.robocup.org) with the subject
line *Highlights Video 2015 Nominations: <Team Name>*. We will compile the
video links, and then the ranking of the top 10 plays in each category will
be decided by the community.

We welcome your feedback in this process. Please submit your
nominations by *August
31st, 2015 *to be considered for the compilation.
