Hello teams,
Please be advised of the following for tomorrow’s presentation session:

- If you are participating in the open source trophy, please have your
open source material submitted by 6 PM.
- Each team participating in the open source trophy will have a five
minute presentation slot between 9 and 11 PM.
- Each of the teams who submitted an ETDP will have a ten minute
presentation slot between 9 and 11 PM.
- The award for best ETDP and best open source project will be by
popular vote, one vote per team, so please make sure you send at
least one team member to watch the presentations.

Also, note that there will be software installed on the referee box PCs
to check ball speeds. Referees may use this if they wish. Referees, if
you need someone to explain how to use this software, ask your field
representative.

Finally, as of tomorrow (first game day), note that the committee
members responsible for the fields will change as follows:
A: Joydeep
B: Michael
C: Rafael
D: Juan-Pablo
This change was made to prevent any committee member from being
responsible for their own field.
