[robocup-small] Referee Box 2015 Release

Hi all,
I have just tagged and released the 2015 edition of the refbox. This
adds a few compile warning fixes, removes the single.conf and
double.conf files in favour of a single referee.conf file (as we no
longer have two field sizes), updates the list of team names, and makes
the label on the Cancel button show what, exactly, it will cancel (it
cancels the current timeout, if in a timeout, or the most recently
issued card, but some people didn’t realize this; hopefully the new
label will be more clear).

These were all very minor changes and should have no impact on normal
operation of the referee box.
