                                                                                                                                        Dear all                                                               I am Dr. Fei Liu, Site Setup Associate Chair of RoboCup2015. This letter is about customs information.                                                               Up to now, only 20 teams has send the Customs Information Table back. I strongly recommend all registed teams(except local teams and Simulation League teams) fill the table(See attachment) and send back as soon as possible. The following is the letter from person in charge of transportation.                                                                                The attachment is the RoboCup2015 Customs Information Table. All teams need to fill this table as soon as possible.                                 Please send the filled table to  transportation at ahtech.com.cn.  The person in charge is Ellie,  Anhui Technology Import & Export Co. Ltd. (AHTECH), Tel: 0086-551-65101099,Mobile phone: +86-13955155603, skype: ellie099.                                  If you have any question, please contact    Ellie directly. We suggest the team fill the table according to the maximum requirements of the team menbers, robots, all equipments and so on.  This table will help teams to clear customs when they or their equipments entry China.                                   Regarding to the ATA Carnet,kindly noted that China Customs only accept the ATA under EXHIBITION.                                 Please fill and issue the ATA Carnet as attached sample,fill "EXHIBITION" under clause C:"Intended use of good"                                 There are ATA Carnet sample and the battery requirements as the attachments. Please check these documents carefully if need.                                  Any question or suggestion please do not hesitate to tell us.
