[robocup-small] Updates to SSL-Vision, Standard Color Paper

Hi Everyone,

In a few days, the following changes will be made to ssl-vision. If you have
any concerns or suggestions regarding them, please email the TC at 
rc-ssl-tc at lists.robocup.org .

1. The 4cam_experimental branch will be merged to trunk.
2. The main documentation will be updated to reflect the geometry calibration of
the 4-cam setup.
3. The main documentation will be updated to reflect the new standard color
paper.
