[robocup-small] Standard Color Paper for SSL-Vision Patterns

Hi Everyone,

From RoboCup 2015 onwards, the color paper to be used with SSL-Vision
will be standardized so that teams may procure the standard colored
paper and prepare their patterns before coming to the RoboCup venue. The
standard color paper may be purchased from the following links:

Pink:

For teams that are unable to purchase the standard color paper online,
the OC will provide limited quantities of the standard paper at the
venue, on advance request, at the expense of the team. Details about
this will be provided closer to the time of the competition.
