[robocup-small] Authoref tech challenge: 9AM tomorrow

Hi Everyone,

The autoref tech challenge will be conducted with the 3rd-4th place game
tomorrow, the 24th of July at 9AM.

If you would like to participate, please bring a laptop with your software
that can be plugged into the network for the game.
