[robocup-small] Hybrid Field Setup

Hi Everyone,

There is one correction to the field setup, also reflected on the wiki:
The double-sized field multicast in the new experimental format will be
broadcast on port *10006*, not *10003* as was previously stated on the
wiki.
This change was made to fix the port conflict with the referee box.
