[robocup-small] ssl-vision

Dear all,

we plan to engage a team in the robocup small size league in the next
years. We first want to implement the ssl-vision based localization system.
To do so, we plan to buy ne necessary material (camera and grantry). I saw
that the vision system is now shared between teams and I want to be sure
that the camera we plan to buy is the right one. This is an AVT Stingray
F046C that I found on the ssl-vision website :

of you confirm this information is up-to-date.

By the way, as it is the first time for us, jumping on the bandwagon is
very hard. Any advice from experimented teams or organizers will really be
appreciated !
