[robocup-small] Qualification Video Criteria

Thanks for pointing that out, and sorry for the oversight. The information
about the video is now posted on the wiki. 

 

The qualification deadline is still set for February 28th, we do not expect
extensions to happen.

Dear all,

We are a newly formed team and we want to participate in the robocup SSL for
this year. We want to work on our qualification video, though the website
has no details for the video. Please update it asap, because we will have
exams period soon and we need to finish this early, or is the qualification
deadline is going to postpone in case of delay?
