[robocup-small] Log files of Robocup SSL Matches

Hi Arsalan,

I started working on some code to automatically create log files of
Small Size games. During RoboCup 2013 I recorded pretty much all matches
(vision + referee). From previous RoboCup competitions we might be able
to get some data logged by individual teams.

I will try to make the code and log files available asap.
