[robocup-small] ssl-vision support for V4L2

I have added Video4Linux2 support to ssl-vision so it can be used with USB
cameras and other non-Firewire devices.
My branch with this support is located at:
https://github.com/cktben/ssl-vision

I have tested this with the Playstation 3 Eye, which is cheap and capable
of 640x480 at 60FPS.  The camera can be mostly configured inside
ssl-vision, but there is currently no option to set resolution or framerate.
