[robocup-small] Pre-compiled grSim Binaries

Hi,

I'd like to share some pre-compiled binaries packages of the grSim
simulator, that hopefully you'll find useful.

They're available on https://github.com/roboime/grSim/downloads

There are universal binaries for Mac OS X, 32-bit for Windows, amd64 and
i386 .deb for Debian/Ubuntu (i386 is outdated). We will eventually update
the i386 .deb, and make .rpm packages.
Debian/Ubuntu packages will require vartypes (packages available on
https://github.com/roboime/vartypes/downloads).
Mac binaries have all dependencies bundled.
Windows binaries have almost all dependencies bundled, it will only require
msvc++2010 runtime, in the future we will  automate installing the required
msvc++ runtime dependency.

The -roboime sufix denotes that it is not the official grSim but one
patched by our team.
