[robocup-small] Reminder on adding Parsian to Hall of fame

Congratulations and welcome to the hall of fame, your entry has been added.

 

Regarding the teams' pages, the OC and TC are going through all the pages
and updating the info, so soon we'll have the information about all teams
up-to-date.
