[robocup-small] Response Needed by July 2nd: Robocup SSL Social

Hello All,

The social event survey has had a fairly good response and we believe we can
fill a boat of 60 people or more!

*Date:* Saturday July 9th
*Time: *6:30pm -11:00pm
*Cost: *50 Euros
*Includes: *Dinner and drinks (we will try to accomodate food restrictions),
transportation to and from, and an amazing evening boat cruise of Istanbul!


In order for us to make a deposit and book this boat though we need for
confirmation of attendance from your teams.

*If you wish to be part of the social* *we need a response by July 2nd*.
Please send in the names of your team members who wish to partake.  We
appologize for the tight timeline, but in order to book a boat, we need to
know how many people are interested first to correctly find a good boat
size.  We will collect fees on Wednesday, July 6th, when your teams arrive.

I wish all the teams the best of luck on all of their robots will see you
all in less than a week!

Also a reminder: send in your wireless frequencies!
