[robocup-small] Robocup 2011 Schedule

Hello All,

RoboCup is almost here!

We have now up the groupings and tentative schedule of all of the teams.
 Please be advised that this may change still, but hopefully it is mostly
finalized.

As seen in the Saturday evening time frame, we may very likely be hosting
the first ever Small Sized League Social, so look forward to news from that!
