That is a really interesting idea. Actually in 2009, there were some efforts
to organize all TDPs from 2003. That was done, however as far as I know, it
is not publicly available. The publications list (or library) was the next
step.

You can find an outdated list of some SSL related publications here:

I think, generating such publication lists (with help of SSL community) is a
very good idea.
