[robocup-small] 04 - Groups In Singapore

Hi all,

We're also looking for grouping of the competitions.
Why the TC is so inactive in replying the mails?!
We've sent some mails about technical chalenges, about a week ago, and we've
got no replies yet.
And this mail by Omid that has not been replied.

Please inform us about the competition informations.
