*100 days to Kick-off!*
This newsletter contains important information for RoboCup 2010
participants with regard to:

1. Registration
2. Visa Requirement
3. Contact Details

*_1. Registration for Participants_*

Qualified teams will receive a registration code to register.

If you do not receive it or have lost the registration code, please
contact the League OC Chair accordingly.

Qualified teams can register for RoboCup 2010 Singapore at
*_https://www.regonline.com/robocup_2010_**.*

A *Letter of Invitation* will be sent by email to all participants
*after* the *registration is complete* with *payment received*.

Please email to *_invitation at robocup2010.org_* for any inquires
regarding the *Letter of Invitation*.

*_2. Visa Requirement_*

Participants from the following countries:

will also need a _Letter of Introduction for Visa Application_ to obtain
an entry VISA to Singapore in addition to the Letter of Invitation sent
to you.

Please refer to Annex below for summary of countries requiring Visa.

If you need a Letter of Introduction for Visa Application, please input
the following when you register:
a) Name in Passport;
b) Passport Number;
c) Nationality;
d) Date of Birth;
e) Gender.

The Letter of Introduction for Visa Application will be sent via email
to the participants /at our earliest convenience after the registration
is COMPLETE/.

clarifications on Letter of Introduction for Visa Application.

Tajikistanâ� , Turkmenistanâ� , Ukraineâ� ~, Uzbekistanâ� , Peopleâ��s
Republic of Chinaâ� , Holders of Hong Kong Document of Identity, Holders
of Macao Special Administration Region (MSAR) Travel Permit
* Holders of Diplomatic, Official and Service passports are exempted
from visa requirements.
