[robocup-small] 2010 SSL Qualified Teams

Dear SSL Teams,

The SSL-OC has agreed on qualifying 24 teams for Singapore 2010 (23 teams for direct qualification and 1 team for conditional qualification)

Team registration process will be found at www.robocup2010.org. Make sure you follow the registration instructions and schedule.
