[robocup-small] Rules 2010

Hi guys,

our situation: We (DHBW Mannheim, Germany) want to establish a new SSL -
Team. We also talked to Tim Laue (Bremen) at Robocup Graz 09. Tim told us
that the rules for 2010 mabye should be changed to a greater degree (size of
the field, more robots, ...)

So, my question: When the rules 2010 are fixed?
Is there a decision concerning the size of field? (Actually we wanted to
start building a SSL-field in October)
