[robocup-small] Mixed Team Challenge - Update

Hi RoboCuppers,

the current list of interested teams is:

1. Skuba
2. ER-Force
3. RoboFEI
4. Plasma-Z
5. B-Smart

I would be happy, if more teams could join this experiment since it
might offer some insights into possible future SSL developments.

The first deadline for the "registration" for this challenge has passed,
but I think we can wait until *Monday, June 22nd* for further registrations.
