Dear team leaders,

please follow the following few advices to ease the process of registration.

1) Send all inquires related to registration to the RoboCup
Federation via email to aprilf at cs.cmu.edu. For any request,
make sure you mention the league and your team name at the
very beginning of your request. This eases handling of requests
on our side.

2)Send all inquires related to local issues of the RoboCup 2009
Graz like accommodation, customs, travel etc. to the LOC via email
to office at robocup2009.org. For any request, make sure you mention
the league and your team name at the very beginning of your request.
This eases handling of requests on our side.

3) Make sure that only you as the leader of your team send these
inquires. Please collect any inquires from your team members first. This
process reduces email traffic and avoids delays in answering the emails
from our side.

4) Indicate the record number of your registration on your wire transfer
if you use wire transfer as payment method. If this information
is missing, the processing of the registration will take more time.
Make sure the record number is mentioned as the very first item,
as the length of this text may be different in intl. bank exchange
and may get cut off!

5) Note that RoboCup 2009 Graz only sends the letters of invitation
once the RoboCup Federation (RFC) receives and approves the payment.
Please note that sending out the letter of invitation requires several
additional days AFTER the RFC approves any payment.

6) The local organizers of RoboCup 2009 processes the requests for
letters of invitation once a week. The local organizers send the letter
of invitation to the participant per email as a PDF file after the
registration is approved by RFC. In addition the Austrian embassies get
a list of all people who received a letter of invitation. This may also
take some days before this information reaches the Austrian embassies.

Best Regards

On behalf of the RoboCup Federation and the  Organizing Committee
RoboCup 2009 Graz
