[robocup-small] Apology for ETDP submission postponed (ZjuNlict)

Dear OC
    I'm very sorry for our ETDP submission not in time. Because our server
was down a few days ago,some important data have lost including our all
qualification materials.
So the pdf format of our ETDP which stored in the server was also lost.
Fortunately, the word format of ETDP which not stores in the server is saved
safely.We only can
submit a word version ETDP which has been sent as a postscript file via
e-mail to you at this time.
Now we are trying our best to convert this word document to the pdf format.
I promise we will submit the final pdf format ETDP at 10:00 AM GMT+8 in
April 4th at least.
We hope you would remain seed our team.
