[robocup-small] Assuming we are able to create a team, how to we qualify and register for Robocup 2009?

the details about the qualification process will (probably soon) be
posted on this mailing list by the Small Size League Organizing
Committee for 2009.
To get an idea of the details, you might want to have a look at the
qualification criteria for 2008 which are still online at
http://small-size.informatik.uni-bremen.de/robocup2008:qualification.
For 2009, the process might be similar (I'm not a member of the
organizing committee, hence this information is without any guarantee)
but not necessarily the same.
