[robocup-small] question about cameras and processing system

Hello,

we have two questions about cameras and processing system(computer);

we are going to know about :

1- type of cameras that will be used in competition, if it is possible
exact model of cameras, their video lines, number of pixels and any
other technical characteristics and maximum number of cameras that can
be used.

2- specification of the system including CPU, motherboard, OS ,
capability and also permission of joining another hardware to system
like DSP.

could we use our own system?
could we have two systems one for image processing and another for
other processing applications?
