Dear all:

  RoboCup 2008 is opening soon, are you ready? As the Olympic Games
ahead, the customs clearance of luggage is very strict. There are some
advices for you to pass the customs smoothly:

   1. Every luggage of yours will be inspected in the customs. Please
decelerate all your belongs following " the customs clearance guild
for international passengers". Anything to decelerate isn't in the
deceleration form, your cargo should be prohibited import.
   2. Please prepare your list of your cargo before you depart,
including equipment description, Brand/Model and the value. It will be
used in the customs clearance.
   3. Please take the invitation of RoboCup 2008 with you! It is
necessary in importation and customs clearance. Or some wireless
devices will be prohibited import.
   4. As the Chinese relevant regulation illustrates, you should pay
the tax and duty for some decelerated goods. And the duty rate is
about 20% of your cargo value. The fee will be paid back to you when
you leave for your own country.
   5. Please send us some information via email as soon as possible,
including all passengers' names and number of passports, your fright
