The team registration website will open soon. For senior teams from Iran, Turkey,
or Nigeria, registration dues to April 20; for other senior teams dues to May 5.
After a team has registered on the website, the LOC will proceed to prepare and
send invitation letter to the team. 
 
I would like to remind all the teams above to book the flight ASAP because the
international flights to Shanghai will be extremely crowded dueing to Olympics.
