[robocup-small] Status of Rules / Qualification Videos

Hi RoboCuppers,

some days ago, I uploaded the final version of the field specification 
for 2008. There is now also a scalable PDF version:

The final rules are quite close to become finished and will be released 
soon.

For an easy access, I added links to the submitted qualification videos 
on the web page that lists all preregistered teams:
