[robocup-small] Whats the status on the rule changes?

Hi,

My name is Phillip Marks and I'm from the Georgia Tech small-size
team, RoboJackets. Recently there was a lot of discussion on rule
changes (increasing field size, etc.). Has a decision been made? Also
when is the deadline for qualification for China and what is the
status on a US-open this year?
