[robocup-small] Schedule for SSL Rules 2008

Hi!!

*Field size:*
We support the idea of increasing the size of the field (if the number of
cameras is increased to 4  we could have 8 meters x 5.5 meters) . The main
problem is that the speed of ball and robots is to high for the space thay
have to move and there is no sense in having a strategic game if the ball
can be scored from one goal to the other, another problem is that it goes
out from the field a lot of times in the game. Another change is the
position of the penalty mark because it is to near the goal.The size of
goals should remain the same. This is a big change so it may be done for 2
years ahead.

*Robots:*
The number and volume of robots should remain the same
because it is less problematic to have one type of robots for all teams
instead of using robots of different sizes.It is also a good idea to limit
the speed of the robots and ball because even when the field size is
increased the robots will become faster and it will discourage AI
development over mechanical and electronical development.

*Referee*: We support having an autonomus referee that generates the comands
and one person to place the ball.
