[robocup-small] overhead videos

SSL Teams,
	For the last two days of the competition the RoboJackets took overhead
videos of all the games. We have started the encoding process and also
began positing some of these videos. They can be downloaded from
http://robojackets.org/~circuitben/ and higher resolution version are
also available for those interested. We will try to label the videos
accurately, but if you find errors please let us know.
