[robocup-small] New Referee Box

Hi RoboCuppers,

there is a new version of the referee box application available at:

http://small-size.informatik.uni-bremen.de/referee:installation

The following things have been changed:

* Connection to teams via Ethernet (serial connection is still included)
* Keyboard shortcuts for faster selection of events (documentation is 
included in the source package)

Many thanks to Armin Burchardt who made these changes!


Some additional information for all teams who intend to use the new 
Ethernet interface:
The protocol is equivalent to the serial protocol. There is a short 
documentation at 
http://small-size.informatik.uni-bremen.de/referee:protocol.
The implementation has been tested successfully during the recent 
RoboCup German Open competition. The teams B-Smart and ER-Force played 
the whole tournament using the Ethernet connection.
