[robocup-small] About the auto referee

Hi TC and SSL,

I would like to know the decision suggestion  on the auto-referee program.
 - What is the protocol for  both teams?
 - How to override the decision of the auto-referee by human?
 - Do we need human vote in order to generate more accurate decision
and handle unexpected event?
 - Do you have other question and suggestion on auto-referee?


This is my team suggestion

We must have dedicate auto-referee box.

For the sake of implementation.
We have  some undergraduate students that want to learn the vision
system in robocup and they are very interesting in auto-referee.

If it is possible to attach another low cost cameras for use with the
dedicate auto-referee box. We will start the auto-referee box project
after we get enough suggestion and comment on our idea.
