[robocup-small] SSL Qualified Teams

Dear Small-Size League Participants,

In addition to teams that have already qualified, the SSL Organizing
Committee has decided to accept a number of additional teams under
"conditional qualification". 
Teams under "conditional qualification" will need to pass a series of tests
at the beginning of competitions in Atlanta. These tests will be announced
later on by the technical committee and are intended to evaluate robot
readiness prior to regular competitions. Precise schedule will be announced
later on by the Organizing Committee.

List of "qualified teams" (15 total, alphabetical order):

Additional preregistered teams that are interested in applying for
"conditional qualification" need to send an email to the SSL Organizing
Committee (small-size-oc at tzi.de) by March 15th stating their interest to
compete under "conditional qualification". 

Please note that all teams need to fully register by March 31st while only
already "qualified teams" will be considered for travel support. Also note
that teams under "conditional qualification" not passing preliminary tests
in Atlanta will NOT be refunded registration fees (registration fees and
related issues are directly managed by the RoboCup Organization in Atlanta).
