[robocup-small] ABOUT RULES CHANGE

Hello everybody, This is Wanmi Chen, the team leader of Strive, Shanghai University, China.
I have studied the TC's Proposals, my opinions and just my opinions are followed.  ==== FIELD SIZE ==== I agree with the change of the field size, so it will abtain more space for robots to move,
 ==== ROBOT KICK SPEED LIMITATION ==== I think not to limit the kick speed. there is a problem how to examine the kick speed.
so I prefer to  limit maximum voltage of energy storage for kickers,for example 220V. ==== SEMI-AUTOMATIC REFEREE ==== I will try to adopt an ethernet-based referee on the team of Strive,
I suggest the 2 ways together in 2007 RoboCup,that is include both the ethernet-based referee and  the serial port output.  ==== NEW GOALS ==== I'm completely positive this new idea. I think the goal will use some absorbing materials best,such as Plastic Resin.
