[robocup-small] Frequencies for RoboCup 2006

Hi RoboCuppers,

I have been asking all teams for the frequencies they intend to use at 
RoboCup 2006. I put a list at:

To prevent any troubles caused by concurrently used frequencies, we will 
try to make a plan which assigns dedicated frequencies to teams.

Please have a look at the list and send me an e-mail, if the frequencies 
which are listed for your team are *not exactly* those which you will be 
able to use at RoboCup 2006.
