[robocup-small] Reminder of Technical Challenge

Hi RoboCuppers,

I would like to remind you all of the technical challenge. I put the 
initial call for application (which has already been posted on this list 
in February) on a web page: 
http://www.tzi.de/~timlaue/rc06ssl/challenge.html

There have been some changes in the section describing the process. The 
most important one is:
Every team that intends to participate has to send a rough description 
of their demonstration until June 8th.

This is necessary to reserve appropriate time slots and to announce the 
demonstrations.

It would be very nice, if many teams participate!
