[robocup-small] new ball.

Hi SSLers,

when I played last weekend the first time in my life SQUASH I really
liked the ball and his physical properties.
It is about the same size as a golf ball, much softer and is also
designed to not bounce so much, similar to the floor hockey ball Chris
Parker described. And the best thing is that they are available in
every color.

Of course, the convex hull rule would still be needed, but I think
that a smaller ball (like a golf ball) is more attractive regarding
the robots size.

Best regards,
Peter
