Dear SLL community,

The time alloted for general discussion by the community is over. Thank 
you to everyone who has contributed. If you have any more to say please 
submit it to the list as soon as possible. We do want to know what you 
think!

In the next phase the TC will discuss the suggestions and propose a list 
of rule changes to the community for feedback.
