[robocup-small] global vision: DSP vs PC processing?

Could be both, as far as I know until now. It depends on how many participants
we can find for setting up a customized system. If the number of participants is
too low, we might as well consider using a commerical board.
Do you have any preference as far as boards are concerned? Or would you advise
us against using a DSP?
