[robocup-nao] BerlinUnited - Balldetection Dataset

Dear SPL teams,

We published our dataset for ball detection along with the python scripts we used for training to kaggle (https://www.kaggle.com/berlinunitednaoth/tk3balldetectionrobocup2019sydney)

The dataset consists of 16x16 image patches.
