[robocup-nao] Nao Devils announces usage of B-Human framework for RoboCup 2017

Dear SPL,

as we are a successor of the German Team and BreDoBrothers, we continue
to use the framework developed by the German Team, and further developed by
B-Human.

We replaced *all* vital modules within the infrastructure by our own
developments, but the **kick engine**. However, even the kick has been
modified.

This means, our own contribution includes walking, behaviour,
localization, vision and many other fancy features :).
