[robocup-nao] RoboEireann announce the use of code from B-Human and UNSW Sydney code releases for RoboCup 2017

Dear RoboCup SPL Teams,

RoboEireann wish to announce the current use of the following components
from the B-Human code.

  * The 2010 walk engine
  * get up poses (but not the get motion engine)
  * A lightly modified version of the libbhuman wrapper around Naoqi
    (and related NaoCamera and NaoBody classes)
  * an Unscented Kalman Filter implementation
  * utility classes related to ringbuffers, math, serialization, poses,
    and inverse kinematics
  * A version of the b-script behaviour engine whose development started
    in Ireland

We further wish to announce the integration of the following components
from UNSW Sydney:

  * The Walk2014Generator from their 2016 code release

RoboEireann implements their own software architecture and all
components other than those noted are authored by RoboEireann including
vision, localization, team coordination, behaviour, long kicks, and
other special motions.

RoboEireann wish to thank both B-Human and UNSW Sydney for their code
releases and ongoing contribution to the standard platform league.
