[robocup-nao] RoboEireann announce B-Human code usage for RoboCup 2016

Dear RoboCup SPL Teams,

In accordance with the license of the B-Human code release, RoboEireann
wish to announce the current use of the following components from the
B-Human code.

  * The 2010 walk engine
  * get up poses (but not the get motion engine)
  * The libbhuman wrapper around Naoqi (and related NaoCamera and
    NaoBody classes)
  * utility classes related to ringbuffers, math, serialization, poses,
    and inverse kinematics
  * A version of the b-script behaviour engine whose development started
    in Ireland

We may also integrate visual robot detection and field boundary detection.

RoboEireann implements their own software architecture and all
components other than those noted are authored by RoboEireann including
vision, localization, team coordination, behaviour, long kicks, and
other special motions.

RoboEireann wish to thank B-Human for their code releases and ongoing
contribution to the standard platform league.
