[robocup-nao] Watch the games from the RoboCup European Open 2016, differently

Hi,

we have uploaded the team communication logs from the Standard Platform League games at the RoboCup European Open 2016 to the downloads page of the SPL website. Unfortunately, the logs from the game between the Nao Devis and the Dutch Nao Team are missing, because the TeamCommunicationMonitor was probably not running during that game. All other games seem to be present.

You can watch the games by creating a directory "logs_teamcomm" inside the main GameController directory and copy the logs into that directory. Then, you can launch the TeamCommnucationMonitor.jar and select "File|Replay Log File". You can then pick a file and it will be replayed. Please note that if you increase the replay speed, the TeamCommunicationMonitor will mark the message frequency as illegal, because most parts of the application do not know that you are currently replaying a file instead of listening to an actual game.

In the menu "View", you can also activate a drawing that displays the game state and time as it was broadcasted by the GameController.
