[robocup-nao] Question about ROBOCUP 2016

Hello.
I'm glad to know about ROBOCUP.
I am interesting about ROBOCUP in 2016, so i serch your website.
But I have not obtained all the information i want to know.
so​ i send this mail to you.
 
1. When do I accepted to participate? On your website, it state 'For the Major Leagues the deadlines usually close around December or January.'
I want to know accuate date.​


2. Our team members are KOREAN. ​Are there regional qualifiers? If you say yes, Please tell me when and where.
 
I want to know about ROBOCUP 2016. If you have more imforamation, please send e-mail.
