[robocup-nao] Cerberus announces use of B-Human 2014 Code Release

Dear All,

Cerberus will be using the Infrastructure and Motion Control modules of
B-Human'14 code release. We integrated our own Perception, Modelling,
Localization, and Planning frameworks to B-Human code architecture.

We thank B-Human for their valuable contribution to SPL.
