[robocup-nao] Team JoiTech-SPL announces use of 2013 B-Human Code Release.

Dear SPL teams,

We are going to participate at the Japan Open 2014. It's the first
competition for us. In accordance with the license of the B-Human Team
Code Release, we announce that we will use their code release in the
Japan Open. We added or modified modules in the following domains:

Behavior Control
- goalkeeper
- defenders
- striker

We appreciate B-Human team for their great contribution to the SPL.
