[robocup-nao] SPL Challenges for RoboCup 2012

Hi everyone,

For this year's RoboCup, there will be a single Open Challenge, with rules
that are similar to last year's, and no other challenges. The Open
Challenge rules for 2012 will be uploaded to the SPL website soon.
